I did until this week, I understood that service was delayed a day due to bad weather; which made my pick-up day Thursday. On Friday I called a little after 8 am to ask if my trash would be picked up,I was told it would be picked up before end of day, I called again at 3 to see if it would be picked up once again I was told it would be picked up by end of day. We received a postcard notice from republic in November of 2020 to inform us that our pick up day was switching from Fridays to Wednesdays beginning Dec. 7th. Ever since Dec 7th 2020, it's been horrible service. Gave us the wrong day on the postcard. We called them to report missed pickup and they tell us our garbage day is now Mondays. So, Monday comes and goes, no pickup. We call to report a missed pickup and tell us we are priority pick up on Tuesday. Still no pick up. DO NOT KNOW IF VINCENNE SDOES SERVICE WEST SALEM IL. LAST LABOR DAY NO PICKUP. THE NEXT WEEK BOTH BINS DAMAGED WHEELS BROKEN OFF ONE BY DRIVER SLAMMING TO GROUND. PHONE NUMBER ON BINS ARE WRONG. RecommendedI’m not very happy with them at this time. I called a week ago trying to get information concerning our previous waste driver that was moved from our route. I wanted to get our Christmas gift to him before Christmas. After spending time on the phone with a helpful representative that took all the information and informed me I should receive a call in a few days. This did not happen! Horrible company, horrible unprofessional employees, Republic Services is clearly in the business of price gouging Missoula customers any chance they get!!!! We paid $47 quarterly where we previously lived in Las Vegas and it was also Republic Services. We pay $93 here in Missoula quarterly. When paying half this in Vegas, we had two large blue bins AND a recycling bin AND scheduled bulk pickup every two weeks.
