Zero transparency regarding billing and what insurance will cover. 3 sessions later and left with a bill upwards of $1.5k. They also pushed my son into speech therapy, when we were referred for oral aversion therapy. This is predatory and unacceptable. I will seek future rehab care outside of CentraCare next time, especially if I’m paying out of pocket.
