I believe the lumber to be of significantly higher quality that the big box stores, the prices are better, the customer service is better, and they have free deliveries. It’s a no brainer.
Had to deal with a guy there for siding. At first it was ok. But waited almost a month for materials and I had to call to see if they were in after leaving many messages. They said we tried calling you.... no you didn't! But then needed more materials and the constant forgetting to order them was annoying but did come in alittle faster. Had to have my wife call from different number because they were ignoring my messages. At the end of the project I had some return items.
