BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered a desk and some other items of furniture to be delivered in July. I received no communication from the Bundall store to say there was a delay. When I rang and asked when my furniture would be delivered they said there had been a delay and will not be delivered until August, Same for September. I asked if I could cancel the order as I work from home and needed a desk. They then informed me that had signed a contract to say I cannot cancel my order. The worst customer service ever experienced!! Was sold a mirror which when we got home had excess spray on it that would not come off…. Went back to store- staff said to use a plastic paint scraper to remove… they said it was common with this mirror, expressed my concern about scratching it if I did and they assured me it wouldn’t happen. Did what they had told me to do- scratched the mirror so again took it back asking for a replacement. No one interested in spending time with us when we walked into the store
Bought chairs the other day the legs had black marker touch ups this is such a disgrace that company would try fix up damage and not tell any one The Manager is the worst she was rude belittling and shouldn’t be in the role
