Tried to get my poor experience resolved which then ended up in me being BLOCKED! The QLD Group Manager treated me very poorly to the point where I felt uncomfortable. Please do not waste your time at this store.
Had an issue with early wear on a couple of couches. Brad, the owner jumped in and eventually sorted it for us. Very happy with the outcome.
Love this shop! It has lots of unique and high quality products...Our house has lots of furniture and decorative items from Rice and we couldnt be happier. The staff is also lovely and very helpful... they even helped us with ideas..
North Lakes store staff was an extreme disappointment after the fantastic customer service at Aspley.
