I strongly urge you to not use the Rices for your accounting needs. They were our accountants for 2 years for my small business and personal taxes and it was a NIGHTMARE. They are 100% uncommunicative (I mean they actually will not answer emails or calls) , and all your needs slip through the cracks until it’s too late. They made mistakes with nearly everything, and when contacting the IRS to help resolve mistakes, they never followed through. Missed deadlines for filing elections, cost me tens of thousands. Ghosted me, never heard back. I let them go, never heard back. Assuming they had some personal crisis and stepped away from the business but didn't care enough about their clients to notify them.
Needing past returns and worksheets is virtually impossible with Robert Rice CPA. Consistently called directly and emailed for files to be uploaded to no response.
