Sophie does an amazing job. Whether you’re looking for a massage or you’re in need of a more personalized treatment, you can’t go wrong. She’s very knowledgeable in her treatment approach. You know from the moment you meet, her goal is to make your aches and pains go away. Recently, I went back and had flash cupping done for the first time. Sophie walked me through each step in the treatment. Explained exactly what each cup placement was for. It was only one treatment but I already notice an improvement.

Without Sophie’s full body stretching I doubt I would be walking and pain free. I had knee replacement surgery and afterward the muscles on that leg locked up. Pain was terrible and walking, shopping, etc was impossible. Thank you Sophie. 💕

Sophia is amazing! Nothing makes you feel more comfortable before a massage than feeling the therapist is someone you can trust and cares about you. She is very knowledgeable and uses a variety of massage techniques, warm towels, and hot stones to address problem areas in a serene setting. Best massage ever…my back can attest to that.
