I am very Thankful to MR Usman who did his job very well in my case,he is so much professional and experienced guy with affordable fees.i switched my case here from another well known consultant, because they were demanding more more money for each query. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff member was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She spoke to me with a bad attitude and made me feel completely unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and respect, but received neither. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and staff training

As a paying client, I expected better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected as a customer, and the overall experience was frustrating.
