My granddaughters quince is in less than a week and still missing 1 dress, he 2vip packages, dolls, ramo, ect!! 13,000$$ I payed! THESE MEN COLLECT MONEY YET DON'T COME THRU WITH THE ITEMS
My daughters quincenera is in 2 weeks and i still have not recieved a confirmation number on neither of my dresses, I went prior to having them ship it, they asked me to pay it off and when we got to the location nothing was ready! Now im stuck waiting on 2 dressed, 2 vip packages and im freaking out!!!!
I still haven’t received my dress and my quinceañera is in less than 3 months. I’ve been trying to get updates but haven’t had much luck hearing back. I appreciated the in-person service when I visited, but I’m starting to get really worried about the timeline. Oh and we ordered this last year.
