I go to the medical side and staff over there are so friendly and outgoing. The answer any questions with no judgment. I've lost 60 pounds so far and feel great. So glad I didn't do the surgery first and gave this a try. I definitely recommend going here and trying the medical first. You won't be disappointed. I'm so glad I did medical weight loss first before doing surgery and possibly having complications. I'm so glad I took this step in life. It's changed me tremendously and my confidence not to mention I feel great
