I have been going to Ribbons Physical Therapy for more than a year for two different conditions. The therapists are very caring and have been my angels. 😇 Love the day-before reminder calls too.
EDIT: YOU ARE INCORRECT ABOUT THE 100% CALL THE DAY BEFORE EVERY PATIENT APPOINTMENT! NO ONE CALLED ME. I EVEN JUST WENT BACK TO MY CALL LOG AND MY VOICEMAILS TO MAKE SURE I DIDNT MISS THE CALL. THERE IS NO CALL FROM YOUR OFFICE. I was discharged from this practice for a "no show" in August 2022 and another in March 2024. I explained to them that the 2nd incident was because of my boyfriend being in the hospital and I had also been sick and have had multiple tests and procedures done recently including a trip to the ER. They discharged my girlfriend from their practice because of a no show. She explained to them that she and I both were having medical emergencies and she offered to pay the $55 no show fee but they still discharged her KNOWING how crucial lymphedema care is to a patient suffering from it and KNOWING how limited providers for this disease is. They sure didn't mind pawning her off on a student 2 years ago even though her apt was with someone more experienced....which resulted in a $400 garment not fitting correctly which she c... read more
