This is not your typical physical therapy! I have been to a fair share of physical therapist and believe me, this is like no other, definitely worth paying for! Maggie offers outstanding care and support; I feel like a new person. She is very fair and approachable, I learned so much about my body and the things I was doing incorrectly in daily functions. My core feels so much stronger and activated just by switching the way I do daily tasks. Highly recommended!
Maggie does an excellent job at listening to your specific needs and providing the highest level of care she can. All of my pains while exercising went away after one session with Maggie and she gave me the skills I need to continue improving. I would recommend Maggie to anyone who is wanting a therapist to provide customized treatment for you and your body. She’s the best!
Maggie has been instrumental in my recovery from multiple hernia repair surgeries. Her visceral abdominal work to release scar tissue and adhesions has allowed me to function better in every aspect of my life. She also taught me exercises that have strengthened my lower core and upper body muscles while reducing the recurrence of injury. With Maggie’s positive attitude and caring guidance, she has given me the confidence that with consistency and determination, I am in control of my health.
Maggie provided me with excellent care, while educating me on understanding the Importance of movement and building strength over time.
