All staff are so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable
I just wanted to leave a review because they are truly amazing. My mom, Valerie, comes here, and I love how they greet their patients with such kindness. They never rush anyone, and they’re always so welcoming. I watch how they communicate with everyone, and it’s incredible. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely a 10 out of 10 — if I could give more stars, I would. And I absolutely love all the receptionists; they are so sweet.
I came to RTS Haslet suffering from severe knee pain following a skiing accident in which I torn two ligaments and sustained a meniscus tear. Within just two weeks, I was no longer experiencing that pain. My muscles have become firmer and stronger, and I feel much better overall. PT Alex is a professional and a wonderful person. All the staff members are polite, caring, and highly skilled specialists. I highly recommend seeking treatment at this facility.

This group makes every effort to get a person to full recovery! Can't say enough good things about everyone of them! I came here first with a shoulder fracture in 2024. Then in early 2025 my wife was here after knee replacement. We both had full recovery and movement with help from great, friendly, professionals here at RTS. Right now my wife is in their care again after shoulder replacement surgery. She has already been able to do a lot more movement and has had a great deal of progress towards full recovery!
