This business is as good as gold. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and competent computer repair business, you need not look any further. My laptop died because the motherboard had failed. They were able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The business closes at 4:30, but the owner (George) stayed past that time to get the problem resolved. Fixed my sons screen on his older model iPhone. Everyone else didn’t want to work on it, but when I called the owner, he said he would be Happy to Help! Very nice family business! Even met my son early, before normal business hours so he wouldn’t be late for work the next day! I would recommend 10/10! Exceptional above and beyond service! Thank you!

My wife and I both had I-Phone’s with cracked screens. I called Riano and told them that I couldn’t leave the phones but wanted the screens replaced. No problem. I immediately took the phones over and waited about 30 minutes for both screens to be replaced plus the screen protectors. They look and work like new again. I’m taking my I-Pad to Riano to have the screen replaced next. Riano is a pleasure to work with and their customer service is excellent. They replaced my phone screen within 15 minutes! Super fast and workers were exceptional. They also had a promotion going, and I paid about 60 dollars less then what I was quoted for at other phone repair shops. Shop was very clean and well maintained as well. My phone looks brand new again. Will be going back for any future repairs for sure!
