I contacted Rian and he answered the phone quick, gave me the confidence he was the right man for the job of releasing my muscle tension. A day later, I was released, Rian is very professional, friendly and has all the skills and gadgets to make you feel better, I’ll be back for a 90 minute session a few days before my next race.
Been going to Rian for a while now and I’m always impressed each time I go. He takes the time to ask which areas you’d like him to focus on and certainly makes a difference. Rian is passionate and a great person, I’d certainly recommend anyone to take the time to have a treatment with him.
Could not recommend Rian more highly! Extremely knowledgeable, asked extensive questions to understand my issues which allowed him to treat me accordingly. In addition to this, the vibe and energy was extremely good which made the whole experience a positive one. I will be returning very soon!

Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he also brings a genuine, down-to-earth approach that makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the recovery process. He takes the time to understand your specific needs and tailors the treatment accordingly. Thanks to Rian, I’ve seen real progress — both in terms of pain relief and mobility. A great physio and an all-round great guy!
Highly recommend Rian's sports massage. I was in a lot of pain with reduced mobility in my neck/shoulder and Rian resolved this for me in 1 session! He is also super friendly and professional!
