Rialto Retirement Home is a place to call home. It is comfortable and relaxed with a willing and helpful staff. The food tastes good and there is always something to do to keep busy and active.
Sorry that Lynda felt so bitter. The staff tried to call many times and she didnt answer. Her mother refused her medication and insisted she didnt need it. The mother was right!
We cant be that bad, were celebrating 25 years this March! We must be doing a few things right! Ive enjoyed working here for 22 years and I can honestly say that were not perfect, and were nothing fancy, but the staff is great, the facility is clean and we do our best. Were not corporate, but a mom and pop facility. Its quite a refreshing change of pace to the alternatives out there!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO RIALTO RETIREMENT HOME. The staff did not give my mother her medication for 10 months and never notified her family. When we moved her out of this horrible place we found her room to be filthy. There was a black widow spider living in her headboard, there was mold growing in her bathroom cup, the carpets were filthy and there were black particles falling from the air conditioner vent. This place should be shut down.
I found the facility is very well run and the staff is very professional as i did a private study on assisted living homes and i found that the Rialto Retirement Home was staffed with friendly, caring people who were very helpful in my study. During my visit all the residents seemed to be extremely Happy with their Living Conditions.A Lot of Smiles were noticed on my visit from both the staff and residents.My Mom and Dad have both passed away but i would have no problem putting a Loved One of mine in Rialto Retirement Home.
