Employee Anna (The representative would not give us her last name), from the Ria Financial Services located in 7116 Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park, CA 90255, gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She basically told my husband and I to not ever go there after telling us that we were old enough to understand the procedures to send money.
