I tried to open a business account at the Savanna branch and the manager there was rude. I was also being required to open a personal account, which I didn't want to do. A personal account being required was not mentioned up front and my time was wasted. I had even called to find out what was needed to open an account and I was on hold for a long time before being transferred.
