I had such a wonderful experience over the phone today with Diana (and I also think Talia?)! I was asking to get some help with changing my auto registration state from Texas to Iowa, and they went above and beyond to help. I don’t do much banking with them outside of my auto loan, so I’m pleasantly surprised by their treatment today.
Megan was amazing to work with on getting a car loan set up. She was quick and made it the best car buying experience I've had!! Will definitely do more business with Megan when possible.
