RIA is unmatched in the area! Never worry about ATM fees again with monthly fee refunds. The loan department is great, online banking is smooth and easy to navigate, the tellers are friendly and personable, especially Laurie!
I had such a wonderful experience over the phone today with Diana (and I also think Talia?)! I was asking to get some help with changing my auto registration state from Texas to Iowa, and they went above and beyond to help. I don’t do much banking with them outside of my auto loan, so I’m pleasantly surprised by their treatment today.
Megan was amazing to work with on getting a car loan set up. She was quick and made it the best car buying experience I've had!! Will definitely do more business with Megan when possible.
