Very good customer service , The lady Vanisha on the phone accommodated with my schedule as well as helping me set up a meeting to file my taxes in advance !
Terrible service. Had to wait 40 min for someone to help us. And when they finally did. The “real estate agent / tax professional” Braulio Diaz was being very unprofessional. He keep on going on to his phone texting instead of helping us finish filling the tax return. He kept on going back and forth on his phone to text his other real estate business. After we told him if he can hurry up to finish the filling. He said “ I am a real estate agent as well. I have a lot of other business to take care of.” The comments was so arr... read more
