Never return any calls. I have called over the years to buy parts, line up work on my engine and wanted to buy a new diesel engine. I even called to have my twin disc serviced !!! Unless your a big name company, forget about a call back. I now use RA Mitchell out of Fairhaven. They will call you right back.

I have personally worked alongside the entire RI Engine crew. As a marine mechanic and a welder, I will state the days of finding a full service shop, with not only the talent but also the tooling, have become near impossible! At the end of the day trust is the key to any great business. For some customers that may be a simple hand shake, or perhaps a well written estimate.
