I fricken love this shop. All the employees are super helpful and welcoming, it’s a place you can just hang out at for awhile and chat everyone up. They’re super knowledgeable on bike specs, selections, and service. As a female this shop is inclusive! They hold a woman’s bike service clinic, and up in winter park at trestle they help aid the women’s jump jam! A tent is at the top for the event where a mechanic is available to help the jump jam. I highly recommend this shop. I know when I take my bike to them it’s going to be back to factory, or better. They are honest with recommendations and explain repairs clearly. Every time I take my bikes here they are clear with what needs to be done. I haven’t had an issue, bike not shifting, they got you. A weird noise coming from the head set area, they got you. Great shop!
These guys refused to let us use a shock pump or to quickly air our suspension for us. “Time is money” he said. Nah dude, I’ve been a bike mechanic for 6 years. If the shop I work for that’s owned by Vail resorts (the most money hungry org in the business) is willing to help then there is no reason a local shop can’t help out the community. I strongly recommend spending money in Fraser at Epic Mountain Sports. They are always willing to help with these small things.
Big shout to the rhythm crew for getting me back on the bike. Great crew that knows what they are doing. Turned my bike fast and it is working great! Much appreciated!
