I have been coming to this shop a lot over the years and they are usually very good, which is why I am so incredibly upset and disappointed by this experience. At the end of July / start of August, I brought my bike in to have the rear brakes changed. Right after getting the bike back, I actually broke my toe while trying to brake, so I haven't been able to ride much at all until now. Amazing experience at Rhythm Cycles! Eric was seriously the best. On Trestle closing day around 3 PM, when they were literally about to close, he still took the time to help me get the bead of my bike tire back in place and got me back on my bike. Super helpful, friendly, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. Definitely coming back here! Amazing staff and great customer service — highly recommend Rhythm Cycles.

2nd Time going here went into get my wheel trued and derailed cable replaced and they didn’t true my wheel and put on a whole new derailer. No calls No texts, super unprofessional all I wanted was a somewhat straight wheel not a fix to a problem that wasn’t even a problem. Rythm Cycles is a SCAM!
