I cannot recommend this shop enough. They went above and beyond to fix my bike in under an hour. I had just got off a flight where my rear derailleur snapped due to plane travel and had an Ironman race where I needed the bike the next morning to check in to the race. They stopped what they were doing and fixed my bike that same night after I dropped it off at 5 PM. Brought my mountain bike in for a derailleur adjustment today and had a great experience. Friendly service from the moment I walked in, and they clearly explained the work they performed. My bike is running smoothly now, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend
LADIES DO NOT COME HERE. The guys barely talked to me and instead talked to my boyfriend about the work they did. I work in the bike industry and I do not appreciate being talked down to and ignored about my own bike. They are perpetuating the “boys club” mindset of mountain biking which is incredibly disappointing. They failed to return my air shock pressure to what it was before they serviced it and they didn’t do work that I asked them to do.
