Poor customer service. Let me be clear, I never have stepped in the door of this establishment so I do not know how good or bad the services or facilities are. I called and left a message several weeks ago and never received an answer so on chance I tried calling again today and someone answered. I explained my children were kind enough to purchase me a gift certificate for $350 as a Mother's Day gift.
