Incredibly happy with the service from Sports & spinal Mt Gravatt. Alex is helping me through 2 completely torn ligaments in my ankle. Great progress between sessions. Direct guidance specific to my circumstances, workplace and lifestyle.
I can highly recommend Alex and the team at Sports & Spinal. Alex’s care for my son was next level. He listened to our concerns and would always explain how and why to ensure that my son returned to Sport as soon as possible. His treatment plan was easy to follow and was achievable to a teenager. I will always come back to Alex and Sports & Spinal whenever we need a Physiotherapy!
Awesome physo and exercise therapist. Having a shared gym makes it perfect to have treatment and workout sessions. Having an app to work out and tracking makes it so much easier to keep up on top of home exercises. And an amazing admin team to accommodate all the changes, WorkCover, scheduling etc. It's amazing to have the flexibility to have 6 am sessions and 6 pm seasons when U needed it as well to fit around work hours.
Alex is very professional & obviously has a great deal of knowledge & experience. I have found him to be very caring & helpful in treating my injuries & health recovery. I highly recommend him as a physiotherapist.
Alex is awesome at his job .kind and understanding and knows what he's on about .can not believe the progress made with him in such a short amount of time .I would recommend sports and spinal mt gravatt to anyone who needs a professional physio
