Awesome physo and exercise therapist. Having a shared gym makes it perfect to have treatment and workout sessions. Having an app to work out and tracking makes it so much easier to keep up on top of home exercises. And an amazing admin team to accommodate all the changes, WorkCover, scheduling etc. It's amazing to have the flexibility to have 6 am sessions and 6 pm seasons when U needed it as well to fit around work hours.
Alex is very professional & obviously has a great deal of knowledge & experience. I have found him to be very caring & helpful in treating my injuries & health recovery. I highly recommend him as a physiotherapist.
Alex is awesome at his job .kind and understanding and knows what he's on about .can not believe the progress made with him in such a short amount of time .I would recommend sports and spinal mt gravatt to anyone who needs a professional physio
Fantastic service, I tore my achillies and have been doing my rehab here with Alex! Obtaining consistent support has allowed me to have amazing results, everyone is also really friendly which makes it such a comfortable place. 10/10!!
Genuinely fantastic service and incredible workers who are extremely helpful and supportive throughout all sessions. Definitely recommend this place for those with disabilities and auto immune diseases like multiple sclerosis, as they listen carefully and super understanding to what you’re looking for on weekly sessions, what you’re currently feeling up for and what your ideal goal is for that day as well.
