My husband and I have used Rhonda at Elite tax for 7 years and she has always treated us right. We always recommend Rhonda.
Never again! Rhonda lies on the tax returns. Naive filer (like myself) trusts her and signs the forms without reading every single page. You only find out about it when you get audited. She has done this to myself and so many others.
PLEASE Do NOT use this Tax service!! Read the reviews! we have used her for a very long time and for the past 2 years we have been Audited and she will do nothing about it. To all the ones i recommend you to use her, i'm very sorry please stop now..
If I could leave 0 stars I would! We used Rhonda 2 years in a row 2021 and 2022. August 2024 I received a letter from the IRS letting me know I was being audited, the letter stated that I could not claim my earned income or claim my children it also stated that I could not claim my business loss so they adjusted my self-employment income to zero which was weird to me because I never told Rhonda that I owned a business (because I don’t) so why would she add loss os business income to my tax return.
