Rhonda recently helped me with a will, and other very important papers. She really was efficient and knowledgeable of her job. She gave me very good advices about things I thought were going to be difficult. Always told me that I could reach out for any questions or concerns . I know that other people ( institutions) have reached out to her in my behalf and the case we were working on; they had no problems contacting her. I was referred to Rhonda Benjamin by a friend for Elder law. She and her staff were more than helpful to my family and explained everything to us and helped us through this difficult time. She made it so much easier for me and my family and I found her very easy to reach and communicate with her.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Urgent need was required for document changes and yet she chose to just ignore phone calls and messages left for her. I see another review says the same thing so I guess this is her MO. Don’t waste your time on someone who blows people off like this when you are just trying to care for your elderly parents needs.
