I was skeptical at first because I saw one bad review, however after proceeding through with her anyway, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of her job. She kept me informed and answered every question, returned every call and guided me in the right direction. Yes, everything was handled through calls, and emails. This lady knows her stuff. While I was a little skeptical about handling everything over the phone and email .. she checks out. I paid her $1500.00 upfront for bankruptcy. She never told me if I changed my mind about doing bankruptcy I would not get my money back. I did not give her a bunch of papers.I did not sign papers. I feel she did not do a lot of work for me. But she wouldn't even give me some of my money back.
