I visited Rhodes State Office Tower last Wednesday around 11 a.m. to take a job assessment test. The building itself deserves credit, it's clean, well-maintained, and the security and check-in process was smooth and professional. Staff were helpful and efficient. That part of the experience worked exactly as it should. I circled the block multiple times looking for street parking.
