If I could I would give this place zero stars. The staff this morning was very rude. Went to get a soda from the drive thru and waited and waited. The chunky gal came to the window and said drive thru was closed. I said your hrs clearly state 6am-9pm. She rudely goes it's closed and I'm busy. I said I want to talk to the manager and she goes I am the manager and I don't have time for this and slammed the manager closed. I was literally refused to buy cigarettes with a valid ID. My license doesn't expire until 2029. I'm freaking 33 years old. The girl was nice, but I shouldn't have been refused. That was ridiculous. This was convenient & right off the highway, I'm traveling so it was supposed to be easy in & out. Fix your machines or get a new boss.
This exact Rhodes location has some of the friendliest staff I've encountered at any gas station. This has quickly became the only gas stations I go to near my home. The store is always on clean and well stocked and would just genuinely recommend this location to anyone
Great service, however, their prices are 5 to 10% than Casey's
