Dr Ruggiero is great. I've come to the office several times for insoles, each time theyre able to just look up my last purchase for the type and size. This time, the women at the front desk gave me a hard time and became unpleasant because I didn't know what color they were. I'm colorblind, that's not cause for you to be rude simply because your not doing your job by looking at my record. My foot size and insole type are absolutely on file, that's why I exist as a patient and was part of my treatment plan. They were able to ... read more
