Came here for HEMA longsword lessons with Halley and Victor and am wrapping up the intro course now. It has been a ton of fun from beginning to end learning fighting techniques handed down from a 13/14th century instructor. The classes aren't too strenuous, but as you move on, you do still work up a sweat. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know what its like to wield and defend yourself with realistic metal training swords!
