Service has been unacceptable since december. They tend to have 1-2 week stretches with no trash pickup and lately there is late to no notification of the delay or when it will be picked up next. I spent 45 minutes on hold just to speak with someone today. Their chat/text feature, while I got a more timely response never answered the question as to when the pickup they missed yesterday would be picked up. DO NOT USE RHINO. They have been having delays in our area for the past 6 months and have done nothing to fix it or assist the customers. You think they would AT LEAST give us a credit on our account, nope. Awful services and bad customer service.
We have been with Rhino since we built our house 4 years ago. And the service was great until about 6 months ago. There have been missed pickups about every 3 or 4 weeks. We have to call, explain what happened, then they have to research and want to verify by looking at their cameras, and they see that my bins were out like thay are supposed to be... lather rinse and repeat every month. I have live in this house for 19 years , since they change company has been a nightmare, rhino removal your quality of work is cero , drivers (needs to go back to driving school) and employees are rude , they don’t pick my trash today I called the representative said she’s going to call me back she didn’t I still waiting I have pictures to see what will be their excuse .
