Always really slow, if it's not out its crawling under 1 mb.. If I had another choice where I live I would not pay for service from them.. Terrible internet service. Sudden link by far is the best I have used in the past
For two months now I have to rely on mobile data from my phone. I don't know why I'm still paying. I've called 2 times. Service is still the same. I'll be changing to some other provider.
Been one thing after another. Currently dealing with 0.40 mbps for about 4 months. Anytime i get 1mbps (which is so rare) its a godsend. All they can do is appologize and say they will send someone out to check. The problem is they oversold the tower and had to move us to a new one, which was ironically, worse then the one we were on. They apparently didnt have enough antennas. Okay quick fix they said. 2 weeks at the most. Then they found out they didnt have enough power going to the tower. We are very disappointed w/ rhino communications. We cancelled service w/ them the end of May 2015 and sold our house and moved in June of 2015. Rhino has now in the process of turning us over to a collection agency because they did not do their job and pick up the equipment in a timely manner. They attempted to pick up the equipment 4 months later (after we sold and moved). Now they are wanting to charge us 300 dollars for something that is not our responsibility.
