DO NOT USE RHIS BANK FOR ANYTHING. although they have been around for 160 years they “do not have the software to process a debit card.” They only have the ability for the most outdated and slowest form of banking, wires. The kicker? They don’t know how to submit a wire, and will tell you it’s your fault then repo your car. They will call you every day, regardless of account status, asking you to make a payment. Terrible Experience! Online banking is terrible!
Will never do business with this bank again. I suggest you don’t either. God awful.
Online password reset is a joke. Constantly has errors with username and password saying it is false despite it not (works some times, other times it does not). Constantly have to choose one time payment and type in all of my information every month…. I signed up for email reminders for my loan and I have yet to receive one payment reminder from this lender. Awful experience, I will be refinancing soon.
Horrible online experience. Constant problems with password and trying to reach them is just as bad as Biden’s fixing our inflation… not going to happen. Definitely won’t be doing any business with this financial institution ever again.
