Hired Susan 45 days ago and she never clearly identified her fees. I gathered all the information her paralegal required and they still nickel & dimed me for emails, phone calls,etc. They verbally told me it would take 3 hours tops to work on my case & charged me for 8 hours, at an hourly rate mind you.
