I used to go every year other week for likely a year a more. Called to make an appointment as it has been quite some time, and I needed the help. I felt like I was treated like a criminal the way they wanted to handle payment information with sketchy links and lack of options for trusted methods of taking payment information. The answering service didn’t even work properly. Just seeing another review with similar administrative headaches. What happened to this business?
