I had a great experience renting from Rhema car rental. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the ease of the rental process. It was quick, efficient and straightforward. They went above and beyond to assist me.
This place is rotten to the core.From scammers to very poor customer service.They never refund you your deposit and blame you for an issue the car already had .I regret the day I met that guy that took me there to get a rental car.If I will have a supernatural ability I will ask for the ability to tell anyone in future to avoid coming here to get a rental car.Thats how bad it was.Pathetic!!!!
Letoya from RHEMA might be just the best person I’ve ever met. I was in a pretty upsetting car accident and Letoya was the representative that provided me a really lovely rental car. Her professionalism and care that she demonstrated during what was such a difficult process was outstanding. I can’t thank her enough for her communication and her handling of my insurance directly.
