My sister and I met with Scott, we thought he was perfect for our circumstances (our mothers will) he spent 2 hours with us, we had so much in common, he seemed lovely. Seems as though the 6 and 9 month time frames that anyone can lodge a claim from date of death is not a reasonable reason to start releasing funds as the will states. Current time from date of death to now = 11 months. Application for probate from date of death = 5 months.
