I used them for several years. I will never use them again. I understand and sympathize that they suffered a loss in the family but they really screwed me over. After months of not completing my taxes and giving me the run around they finally got around to farming my stuff out to another agency at the end of August. I had to pay hundreds of dollars in penalties.
