Ken Elwood have to be the absolute worst paid defense attorney I’ve ever dealt with. After Many dealings with my family many cases that my family had given him. I retained him through my brother on a case criminal case and he was paid well more than most defense attorneys for the charge. The bottom line was he put zero effort into getting any type of acceptable plea, deal negotiated after telling me in person to my face in court after court that he had a deal worked out with no jail time other than Probation. Ken Elwood is the worst defense attorney in the region. He acts like a hot shot powerful defense attorney who works hard for his clients Best interests just to Get a large amount out of your case defense costs. However he doesn't apply any effort at all or the absolutely minimal amount of work for your case. He treats good paying clients as the were court appointed public defender's and does the least amount for the client.
