Me personally, I would not work here. Like ever again. When I first started here in December I had my personal belongings (cell phone) stolen on New Year’s Eve. These people don’t care about their employees whatsoever. You could be shot in the face and thread still expect you to come in to work. LOTS of favoritism (family members working together mainly.) I work second shift, we do our diaper check and changes appropriately, first shift and some of 3rd shift however does not. They will lie straight to your face about them ha... read more

The worst place ever to work , they treat their staff poorly. And show a large amount of favoritism throughout the facility. I worked there for a year in solarium and it was by far the worst unit only because of the supervisor I had , she was terrible !

I worked in the kitchen for 3 years and it was an ok place to work when I first started, old management was not the best but was helpful and considerate. But with this new manager it's beyond miserable, he only cares about one employee and let's her get away with ANYTHING at the expense of actual good employees. He would rather watch you struggle then leave his chair to offer an ounce of help. He'd rather force you to do another person's job but if you refuse he'd fire you. I loved working here and fell in love with the mission immediately. I had to leave, because I live so far away and at the time they had one way in and one way out to get there but with the Reconstruction of the new highway there are several ways to get there but that blockade that they used to have on holidays used to get me every time They what constantly stopping to check licenses and I was late for work many times because of this.
