My wife and I have purchased 4 e-bikes from Matt. Whenever we go in there no matter if he’s with a customer or not he always acknowledges your presence. He does it to everyone that walks in. The store / repair area is clean His friendliness knowledge customer service and politeness is above all. Thank you Matt

Love My New Trike! Matt, is such a Great Teacher to switch me over from a 2 wheel E-Bike to a E-Trike. Thought my Biking days were of over until Matt put me on an Awesome Velotric E-Trike. Was like a dream come true, I caught on very well after thinking it was going to be so difficult, but he new I could do it with lots of encouragement. I feel like a new person & want to share how it changed my life @ 76 yrs old. Thanks Again, Matt
I came to this store knowing exactly which bike I wanted, and they had it in stock fully assembled. Not only was the bike amazing but they had also some awesome accessories to go with it and the professionalism along with the generosity made my experience beyond a 5/5!
