I guess they don’t want to repair a bike they didn’t sell you. Called told them my situation with my bike. We’re busy enough I couldn’t take it in for 10 days. Took it in- left my bike with them. A week later when I called they told me to go ahead and come in. The repair guy who was very arrogant- looked at my bike for 2-3 minutes and said he couldn’t fix it.
We visited so many e-bike shops and wish we would have started at Yew! The shop had all the bikes we were considering, we were able to test ride them all, and Matt was so informative with each and every model. No pressure sales, patience, friendliness and knowledge were the reasons we bought from Yew E-Bikes.
My wife and I have purchased 4 e-bikes from Matt. Whenever we go in there no matter if he’s with a customer or not he always acknowledges your presence. He does it to everyone that walks in. The store / repair area is clean His friendliness knowledge customer service and politeness is above all. Thank you Matt
Matt is always helpful and will order parts for you if he doesn't have them in stock.Ive bought a couple of bikes from them over the years.
