Karon Graham helped us with the Cloud series. Absolute white glove service. Karon was great in coordinating the delivery. After a year of debating we finally pulled the trigger and got the Cloud modular sofa set. The ottoman is huge Very comfortable. They keep us informed on the delivery and took great care in setting up the couch, fluffing it up and even steaming it to get some of the packaging lines out.
