A friend recommended this company, so I was psyched. I booked online and received a notice to call my advisor at the appointed time for a prelim mtg. That went fine. I was instructed to upload my docs to their app prior to my tax meeting but couldn’t. They hadn’t sent me a link for that. I phoned my advisor and left a message but didn’t get a call back.
