My friend referred me to Ross, he’s literally so nice, my old tax guy made me feel like I was in trouble, did not want to talk to me on the phone, and basically made the whole experience awful. Ross knows his stuff, and I’m so grateful for him.

Last year a relative recommended Ross at RH Tax Services as I had done my taxes and was ready to file, but was told he could probably save me money above the cost of his fee. So, I sent him the return I had prepared and information on previous years filings. Communication was spotty , but I figured it was close to tax day so I wasn't upset. When I got my final return it was essentially the same amount of taxes, give or take a very few dollars. There was no improvement to make up for the $300 I paid. A friend recommended this company, so I was psyched. I booked online and received a notice to call my advisor at the appointed time for a prelim mtg. That went fine. I was instructed to upload my docs to their app prior to my tax meeting but couldn’t. They hadn’t sent me a link for that. I phoned my advisor and left a message but didn’t get a call back.
