I had a really disappointing experience at RH Scottsdale | The Gallery at Scottsdale Quarter. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and I didn't even get a hello. It's pretty odd when a business thinks they're above customer service, especially when clients are their lifeblood. No matter how popular you are, customer service should always come first. 1/5 stars.
I’ve never experienced such snobbery and apathy at a store. I felt like I was in a comedy movie parody scene, that’s how comical the service was. The women working there must not have to make sales or must not work on commission. Maybe we didn’t look wealthy enough so they didn’t bother. I saw an item of interest online, which is why we went into the store not really knowing anything about the place. Zero assistance, they literally won’t greet you or get off their ass to help you. Id give zero stars if I could. This was my first time coming into the store in Scottsdale. I had recently purchased an outdoor set through the outlet that was still in production and I wanted an additional seat for the set. The gal at the door around noon on April 21st didn’t offer any real assistance. I told her why I was there and she could care less.
