I truly cannot express how happy I am with the customer service at this RH location. I would especially like to thank Jenifer and Elijah. The care, professionalism, and attention they showed while addressing my issue were absolutely unparalleled. Their service was truly second to none.

Ive bought many things from RH and loved them all. But if your'e thinking about buying a $20,000 sofa AFTER boldly stating to the designer you have pets and kids. DON'T believe them. Purchased the cloud sofa and w/in months it was ruined. Customer service did nothing for me. Due to the price Ive dealt w/it but after a yr Ive wanted to throw it to the curb. Don't be an idiot like I was... this sofa is obviously for someone who's never home, or doesn't need to eat or drink to live. It's a showroom sofa thats about it. Rant ove... read more
