Ive bought many things from RH and loved them all. But if your'e thinking about buying a $20,000 sofa AFTER boldly stating to the designer you have pets and kids. DON'T believe them. Purchased the cloud sofa and w/in months it was ruined. Customer service did nothing for me. Due to the price Ive dealt w/it but after a yr Ive wanted to throw it to the curb.
