Never buy anything from rh or rh outlets. You would think for the massive premium they impose that they would be high quality and excellent customer service. They aren't. The furniture is NOT SOLID and is engineered (laminate). You can buy the exact same furniture for 1/3 the price. Look at any alternative to buy.
