Restoration Hardware at this location has definitely perminently closed and the sign on the building has been removed. Talked to the "Shops at Morgan Crossing" staff that confirmed RH has been gone about a month ago, and store is empty. Signs on building entrance doors have no information if RH has moved. Nothing about RH. This store has never been a go to stop to buy anything and when we would look around this store, everything was a chunky style and priced higher than acceptable. Makes sense they shut down. It's one thing to provide bad customer service while entirely a different thing to be rude and obnoxious towards customers- or completely ignore them.
Great furniture. Inventory changes quickly. Oxana is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Big and quiet warehouse store.Sometimes you will find a good deal.
This being an outlet store, the choice varies a lot week to week. We saw (mostly) damaged furniture which was still very pricey. It’s a warehouse type layout.
