I have bought a lot from here and also their normal store as a member. And have happily spent thousands with RH. Apparently there is a new manager here compared to a few months ago. He is rude, won’t acknowledge a customer at all, and found it good to spend the whole time being rude and unprofessional to the employees about how they were folding a towel.
