Always on TOP of their game!! Always offering to check the inventory, email the photos and assist with any inquiry one may have. I so wish Paramus would take the page from their book. You are never put on hold when you call, but rather whomever answers the phone is immediately ready to help. Special thanks to Dietrich for truly caring about the customers. 10/10
There was a damp smell throughout the store and staff was unwelcoming / uninterested in helping. There was 7 staff workers and myself plus 1 other customer when I visited. Otherwise good selection of second hand items with decent pricing for what it is.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have no clue why some people here have given this outlet negative reviews - They are wrong!!! The staff here is amazing. Shelly, Summer, Jonathan, and Lisa all helped me. Any one of them are so helpful and kind. They helped me furnish my entire house. I liked them so much that I also furnished my entire vacation condo with Lisa’s help and Jonathan’s help too. The furniture is so beautiful with great selection.
