Total disappointment. Despite the 'Outlet' name, the pricing is astronomical and doesn't reflect the quality of the items. Seeing desks for $5,000–$6,000 with negligible discounts in an old big-box store environment is an insult to shoppers. Nothing felt premium or worth the luxury price tag. Save your time and go elsewhere if you're looking for actual value.
Overall, this location far surpassed any expectations I had approaching an outlet. While I expect 5-star service from a traditional RH store, I foolishly assumed that with the reduced rates, comes reduced customer service. That is not the case. The reps took countless hours out of their days (for a week straight) to swap images/texts/calls with my wife and I as we hunted down the desired piece from 50 miles out.
